The problem? I have a plot. Just like I wanted. I have a plot with characters, and motivations, and a beginning, and a middle, and an end. Really, several possible middles and ends, but one that's firm enough to actually write to.
Except I can't. Now that I know where I'm going, I can't seem to get on the road at all. I should be up to about seven thousand words by now; I'm at two thousand.
I can think of scenes. I can think of dialogue. The characters are talking to each other in my head. But I can't seem to write any of it.
Grumble.
