Yes, it appears that you can still buy the giant thermos-sized bottle from the Les Exclusifs line. That's what I've been wearing - I've never tried the extrait or the vintage.
And, howdy, Anita! So, no, not the extrait. I fear to fall in love with an older or stronger version, for fear that I won't be able to obtain or afford it.
