SOTD: Hermessence Vetiver Tonka

There are back of the neck scents, wrist scents, and neckline scents. Vetiver Tonka, I have discovered today, is not a neckline scent. That sharp grassy note needs a few more inches to develop before it reaches the nose.

And, well, that's about all today.

  1. Oh, I agree. I find it much more of where the elbow bends kind of fragrance.

  2. Howdy, eaumg! Yes; I really should have realized, because I rarely do like vetiver fragrances sniffed up close. Back of the neck, next time, definitely. In fact, that's probably the best default site for any fragrance that I'm experimenting with.
