SOTD: Balmain Vent Vert (Modern)


This time, I tried two sprays of Vent Vert. It started out a little too strong, and disappeared within an hour. I am befuddled.

Hey, Anita! Yep, the current stuff. Perfectly adequate, pleasantly green, but with no resemblance whatsoever to the predator-eyes-in-the-forest glory of the oldest version. I've never tried the "middle" version, so I can't compare there.

Hey, Josephine! The old stuff is fantastic. This is just a perfectly pleasant modern green. Disappointing, because I think that the modern Ivoire, from the same house, is pretty good.

I need to gear myself up and buy some of the old stuff on eBay.
