Maddening.

Marthahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06115821731964909442noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5713094656031780936.post-67093298274713301842015-10-28T03:26:39.841-07:002015-10-28T03:26:39.841-07:00This post struck a chord with me, especially the t...This post struck a chord with me, especially the term 'reward baggage'. It's counterintuitive to the point of maddening, but it appears to be true.
Marthahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06115821731964909442noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5713094656031780936.post-27599357869812408832015-10-15T19:53:24.260-07:002015-10-15T19:53:24.260-07:00me likes this topic and it has stimulated much goo...me likes this topic and it has stimulated much good conversation at Treehouse Books. I am for the idea of basing the game play/reward around community building and sharing rather than the act of creativity. The reality is that some creativity is rewarded in our culture and some isn't and it's rather random and surprising and sometimes incredibly unfair.
